Who handles your data

What we store and why
We store your name, email, sessions, ideas, messages, PRDs and submission status to provide the definition workspace and assess proposals you choose to submit. We use no third-party analytics or advertising. Session cookies are necessary to sign in.
Privacy of your ideas
Drafts and conversations have no public pages and are not shown to other users. Access is limited to your account and personnel authorized to operate and maintain the service. When you submit, your PRD and contact details are emailed to [email protected] for partnership assessment. We do not include the complete conversation in that proposal.
Providers and AI processing
To respond, the agent sends your message, current definition and recent conversation context to our AI provider. Email uses the operator’s configured provider; Cloudflare provides HTTPS and the server tunnel. These providers may process data outside your country under their terms. Do not enter passwords, third-party personal data or information requiring a prior specific agreement.
Retention and deletion
We retain your ideas while you keep your account or until you request deletion. You can delete an idea from the workspace; this removes its conversation and document from the active database. A submitted proposal may remain in the team’s email and backups until we process your request. Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes; sessions after 30 days.
Confidentiality and rights
We do not publish your ideas or transfer their rights through use of the agent. This service does not constitute a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). If you need an NDA before sharing details, contact us directly. You can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
