Is this a cash investment?
Our contribution is product development, engineering and the technical infrastructure we agree on. Operating budgets, marketing and other business needs are discussed separately.
What equity do you ask for?
There is no standard percentage. We define it together based on each party’s contribution, scope, risk and commitment. Everything is agreed in writing before building.
Do I need existing customers?
Not necessarily, but you should understand the problem and have a realistic plan to reach your first customers. Previous conversations, tests or sales help us assess fit.
Who owns my idea?
Sharing it does not transfer your rights. Product intellectual property, obligations and equity are negotiated in a specific agreement if we decide to collaborate. The conversation does not constitute an NDA.
Do I pay to define my product?
No. You can create your account, work with the agent and submit your definition for free. Reviewing a proposal does not guarantee a partnership.
